Alternative delivery address

Choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address (not the billing address). Simply fill in the delivery address box with these details when placing your order. We will then email the invoice to you and send an un-priced despatch note with the order.

Problems with your delivery

If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we’ll give a full refund!

If you do not receive everything you ordered, this may be because the item was out of stock. If this is the case, it will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive it. If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

Other Address Problems

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package. If the order is being despatched to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or carriers. These restrictions are determined by each institution and may vary.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.

Aligarh Locks Bazaar allows return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:
  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If sealed package of branded products is open
  • The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • You changed your mind due to any other reason
Apart from the initial period, Aligarh Locks Bazaar still allows returns for upto 15 days from delivery in the following cases:
  • The product was defective,
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
  • You changed your mind due to any other reason
After the initial period though, the following conditions must be satisfied:
  • Product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if product is available on website

To return a product, you can raise a return request at our helpline number or email at sales@aligarhlocksbazaar.com by providing the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Images clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product in the packet

Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
